Conditions of Sale
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE USE OF THE DORMIFLEX WEBSITE
1.1. These general conditions of sale govern the purchase of products made remotely, via the Dormiflex Ghana website (“the Website”), managed by:

2. CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
2.1. Any contract relating to the purchase of products will be stipulated exclusively in the English language.
2.2. Consumers are invited to read these general conditions of sale, the privacy and cookie policy carefully before placing an order.
3. PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS
3.1. Prices are in Ghana Cedis and Euros, include VAT, but exclude other taxes or duties outside Ghana.
3.2. Prices can change at any time; however, prices at the time of placing the order apply.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1. Deliveries are handled by selected couriers. Orders outside Ghana may be rejected at Dormiflex’s discretion.
4.2. Delivery takes 3–5 working days. Delays due to force majeure are not the responsibility of the company.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within seven (7) working days after receipt of products.
5.2. The withdrawal must be communicated in writing and confirmed via registered mail.

6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT
6.1. Legal warranties apply as per Ghanaian law.
6.2. Photos and product descriptions are illustrative; Dormiflex is not liable for minor discrepancies.
7. PURCHASE VOUCHERS
7.1. Vouchers cannot be purchased but may be issued through promotional campaigns.
7.2. They can be used for specific products and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1. Personal data is collected and stored solely for order processing and related communication.
8.2. All personal data is protected in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
9. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
9.1. Changes will be published on the Website and become effective from the publication date.
9.2. Existing orders at the time of change remain governed by the conditions in place at that time.
10. SUBSTITUTION CLAUSE
10.1. If any clause is void or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain valid. Parties will act in good faith to replace invalid clauses.
11. JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
11.1. Contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
11.2. Disputes shall be resolved amicably within 14 days. Failing that, disputes will be submitted to arbitration under the Ghana Arbitration Centre in Accra.
